Pre-sales & After-sales Questions

This is assessed on a case by case basis. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for orders "placed accidentally", as any order placed would have required you to have entered your payment and credit card details before placing the order. Please contact us at codrok@hotmail.com for any legitimate cancellation requests.

Making this change might potentially be possible before dispatch. Alas, please note we will be unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been shipped so please please PLEASE double-check your details.

If you have moved address while the parcel is still in transit, please contact your local post office to leave a redirection instruction. Please note that we cannot be liable for failed deliveries in the event of an address redirection, as this is in the hands of your local post office.

As of April 2024, shipping to the US and UK/EU takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Shipping to Asia takes approximately 2 weeks.

Please factor 4-6 weeks for remote locations.

Our products are sourced from various suppliers internationally. Kindly be aware that if you need your item by a specific date, we cannot guarantee that it will reach you in time as shipping times may vary depending on the supplier's own packing and processing times.

Please note your article(s) will be shipped to you directly by our individual supplier(s), therefore please note shipping times may vary depending on your proximity to your article’s country of origin. Do be assured, however, that we are committed to making sure your item reaches you as soon as reasonably possible, in good condition.

Please Contact Us in the unlikely event you have not received your item after 60 days, and if the delivery status is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Each of our brand partners will prepare and ship your products to you directly, and your order may arrive in multiple packages as it will be shipped by individual suppliers. Shipping times may therefore vary for each individual item.

If you received one item from your order, rest assured that the other is on its way and should be with you very soon!

Accidents do happen! So very occasionally things may unfortunately arrive broken, please get in touch using "Contact Us" on the shopfront and upload pictures of broken item and shipping label within 14 days of receipt of item. We will assist to open a claim and will send a replacement product once the claim has been successfully processed.

Please keep the damaged or faulty product and packaging until we confirm what to do with it. The brand may wish to receive it back, or the courier may ask to inspect it as part of our insurance claim. If the product is irreparable or not in a suitable condition to return (such as broken glass), we will likely ask you to dispose of it.

Our responsibility as an international seller is to ensure your parcel enters your country's postal network and delivers the item to your doorstep. In the event of a missed delivery, we will take all reasonable attempts to notify you through DM, social media or via email.

However, should you fail to collect your item or arrange for a redelivery within the specified timeframe, CODROK does NOT accept responsibility for returns to senders. We cannot unfortunately issue refunds in such event.

If your order does not arrive within 60 days of dispatch, check the tracking number in the dispatch notification we emailed you. In most cases, your order will have been delivered to an access or collection point either due to a failed delivery attempt or customs/duties owed at your country’s point of entry.

In the rare situation that your order has been marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived or been delivered to a collection point, or there is no update to the tracking since dispatch, please email us on codrok@hotmail.com as soon as possible so we can open an investigation with the courier.

In the event the courier is unable to locate your order, we will offer to replace or refund your order upon receipt of proof of non-delivery or missing parcel. Please note we are not able to issue a replacement or refund until we receive an update from the courier as orders are often found and delivered after an investigation is opened.
